Reunion November 2011

Introduction
Given the economic climate there continued to be good support for this years reunion lunch, with twenty eight people attending. A marked departure from previous years at the Civil Service Sports and Social Club, the event was held at the Civil Service Club (CSC) premises in Old Scotland Yard, off Whitehall, on Tuesday 29th November 2011. The CSC laid on an excellent three course lunch, served by attentive and friendly staff, followed by mince pies and coffee for £12 per head. Amazing value considering the club’s Central London location.
I would like to thank everyone for again making the effort to meet again for this reunion, in particular those who came from far sprung locations. Many thanks also to the Civil Service Club for making us feel welcome.
Apologies for the poor quality of this years group photo. During a three day visit to London, rather than lug my Nikon SLR around London, I took my Panasonic Lumix. A handy camera but clearly not up to taking half decent photos with indoor lighting.

Summer 2012 Reunion
Depending upon availability and the potential impact of the London Olympics from 27th July - 12th August, the summer reunion may still be held in the grounds of Westminster Abbey around early August 2012. Please check this web site for more details nearer the date.
Winter 2012 Reunion
Subject to continued support and CSC availability, it is planned to hold a reunion around the end of November 2012. Please check this web site around August to September 2012 for further details.
